AI advice and training for schools

Helping schools make sense of AI.

AI strategy and policy, training for staff and students, and software built around how your school works.

A group looking out across a mountain landscape

AI is already in your school.

The only question is whether it’s happening by design — or by accident.

Your staff are already using AI. So are your students. What most schools don’t have yet is a shared position — what’s allowed, what isn’t, and who decides. That gap matters more now the law has caught up.

In force

AI literacy is now a legal requirement Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required organisations using AI to ensure staff are AI-literate since February 2025. That includes schools.

In force

Transparency duties are now in force Transparency duties took effect in August 2026. Breaches carry fines of up to €15m or 3% of turnover.

Dec 2027

AI in education is classified high-risk Assessment, admissions and monitoring tools face strict obligations from December 2027. Schools need governance in place well before then.

UK

UK schools are already accountable No single AI act — but UK GDPR, safeguarding duties and equality law already apply to AI, and the DfE expects a clear policy and staff training.
